Ultimate Arrow

I lifted my arrow thinking this was my only chance, I just needed to aim higher and to the left more than I will get gold and pop a balloon. Carefully I laid my bullet point onto the arrow rester, clipped on my arrow nock onto the nocking point and made sure it was facing the right way, so I didn’t damage the arrow. I lined up my arrow constantly repeating in my head “higher to the left”, That's exactly what I did, I did not aim right to the gold point instead I aimed where I needed to...

Suddenly I started breathing heavily as I was looking at the lonely target with no arrow in it. At that moment I yanked back on the string and let go of my arrow it went through the air at an extraordinary speed. My heart skipped a beat…

THWACK! It landed an inch away from the balloon, I was smiling nonstop now I may have been excited on the outside but on the inside, I was thinking “aww it missed” at least I got it on gold but no luck with the balloon.

Awful Audition

My stomach ached and my throat felt dry as i walked into the audition room, it was my first time so I have not been so excited and nervous all at the same time, will I get the Taylor Swift role or have a nervous breakdown, it was a %50 percent chance i would have a nervous breakdown. Ashton started off by acting like Justin Bieber (the other role) by saying "having another meltdown would be the first time" so i continued by saying "whatever Justin, just shake it off" then the Mrs Riley (the judge) role played as alex (another character) then it was my turn as i was about to speak my mind went blank, my throat felt dry and instead of say *sigh* home sweet home yuuno that planet without music, one minute i'm in LA and the next minute i'm here trapped with you *glares at justin* but instead i said home sweet home one minute i'm in LA and the... uh oh

well that was a learning experience.

Tremendous Term 2

working, challenges, mysteries what more could you ask for? this term room 15 have had lots of challenges that includes our speeches. for speeches this term there was lots of topics - nightmares, dreams, daydreams, graffiti, air pollution and what would happen if you had coke for the rest of your life, but only 3 got through - Air pollution (poppy's), Graffiti (mine/Mieke's) and coke (ben's). My most favourite subject of this term was inquiry because we got to do lots of creating, painting and much more. for inquiry Grace, Poppy and I made 3 new planets that we could live on - Vivir amore la vie (Live Love Life), la zone voilette (the violet zone) and macaroni ( i recon graces planet, macaroni is the hardest to say). well I think we are going to have a fantastic term 3.

-what makes black holes suck thing up?

- how fast is a black hole?

                            What I already know

-light is slower than a black hole vacuum.

-the sunset on Mars is dark blue.

- you can not walk on Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus or Neptune because they do not have a solid surface. 
-unless you're faster than the speed of light you cannot escape a black hole.

Floating In A Life Vest

                                                               Cold, wet, soggy
                                  floating motionless in the sea

I could only hear the rumbling engine of  a dingy and the rumbling waves of the salt water sea clashing against the other waves I forced myself to roll over on my stomach

I threw my hand through the air and dipped my hand in the water.

As soon as i touched the water with the very tip of my weak finger it suddenly dropped numb.

50 meter swim in the frightening, cold ocean, everyone was ahead of me except my  determined best friend Kate. Kate and i were wearing life jackets it was incredibly hard to swim, it was that cold! Kate was pulling me along, she had deep blue lips and she was shaking like a leaf. the water was ruff it was pulling us behind couldn't take it any longer i pushed my arm forward dipped it in the icy water and then pushed my hand back. after repeating the same steps continuously i came to ruffly 25 meters i came to a halt rolled on my back and just floating there. then i heard an engine coming closer and closer WATCH OUT screamed Kate i rolled over i got the greatest shock of my life i almost got flattened by a ginormous dingy it was like a monster 2 cm away from me. i swam to the side of the boat first Kate got in with a struggle then with the rest of my strength i heaved myself into the dingy we were finally going to the beach.
